Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 1angpau. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 1angpau ("Company", "we" or "platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 1angpau.

By registering an account, making a deposit, playing games, or using any service on the 1angpau platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms, along with all related policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1angpau reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a player's eligibility. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, bank statement, or recent utility bill. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension or closure.

Registration & Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1angpau platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved, along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held within them.

During the registration process, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate and up to date. The details you will need to submit at registration include:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysia identity card (MyKad)
• A valid Malaysia identity card (MyKad) number
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• A valid and active email address
• Accurate date of birth

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1angpau will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Please notify us immediately through our 24/7 support channels if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Deposits & Payment Methods

1angpau supports a wide range of popular and trusted deposit methods among Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no currency conversion or hidden fees.

Deposited funds must be used solely for entertainment purposes on the 1angpau platform. 1angpau reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activities. Deposits made by a third party on behalf of a player are not permitted and will be returned to their source.

Withdrawal of Funds

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same player's name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC) to be completed before it can be processed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• VIP players enjoy express withdrawal processing within 24 hours.
• Bonus withdrawals require the specified wagering requirements to be met before funds can be released.
• 1angpau reserves the right to conduct additional security checks for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.

1angpau does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control. Any withdrawal request that fails due to incorrect account details will be subject to an administrative fee of RM5 per transaction.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

1angpau offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

General terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions at 1angpau:

• Each player is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonuses not redeemed within that period will expire automatically.
• Different games contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at a lower rate.
• 1angpau reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where bonus abuse or fraud is detected.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward fulfilling wagering requirements.

Specific terms for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and should be read together with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion.

Casino Game Rules

All games available on the 1angpau platform — including slots, live casino, roulette, poker, baccarat, and other table games — are run on software certified by independent international testing bodies. The Random Number Generator (RNG) used in slots and table games has been audited and certified for true fairness and randomness.

• The outcome of all games is final and not subject to dispute, except in cases of verifiable technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, any interrupted round will be voided and the associated wager will be returned to the player's account.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated bots, or deploy unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• 1angpau reserves the right to void any bets or winnings obtained through unfair means or in violation of our rules.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's ruling is final. Any disputes relating to live games will be resolved based on the video recording of the game session.

Sports Betting & Match Odds

• The odds displayed are those applicable at the time the bet is accepted. Odds may change before your bet is fully confirmed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled by the player unless the cash out feature is available and activated by the player before the match begins or within the permitted window.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled at odds of 1.00 unless the match resumes within 72 hours of the original scheduled time.
• Placing bets based on insider information or match manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.
• Maximum betting limits vary by sport, league, and market. Current limits are displayed on the betting interface.

1angpau reserves the right to limit or decline any wager without providing a reason. 1angpau's decision on all Sports Betting disputes is final.

Account Suspension & Closure

1angpau reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Registration by individuals under 21 years of age
• Multiple account ownership
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or bonus abuse
• Money laundering or financing of unlawful activities
• Use of bots, automated software or other unfair methods
• Game manipulation or collusion between players to defraud the platform
• Threats, harassment, or abusive conduct directed at 1angpau staff

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 1angpau support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player once the security review process is complete, subject to all applicable wagering requirements being fulfilled.
